PT Ultimate renewal update - NO Complete Plugin Bundle
I updated my PT Ultimate annually and its all fine with Pro Tools itself. Its been updated both in my Avid Account and in the ILM.
However I didn't receive my 12 month Avid Complete Plug-ins Bundle. I tried to contact Avid Customer Care...but its support is slightly unprofessional. Back and forth but its been almost a week and they can't solve this issue....asking for the same screen shots (I already sent) and with copy/paste responses. I had the same issue a year ago and I simply gave up and bought for $49.99 the same product. If someone is able / willing to help me with this matter, my support case is: 03835500 Thank you!
