Default Help...What\'s Going On With This?

All of a sudden, none of my plug ins show any "factory" or "custom" presets. Doesn't matter whether it's Bombfactory stuff or Filterbank or whatever. I reach up to load a preset and there's no menu there for them. Any ideas on what could make this stuff disappear? The only new thing I've added are a couple of TDM plug in demos, and I'm not sure whether this problem started before or after I did that.

Thanks for any help.

make sure they are in the plug-in settings folder in the DAE folder, reboot your mac and rebuild the desktop by holding option+command during startup.

good luck

Goto the System Folder/Preferences folder. Find the "DAE Prefs" folder and trash it. Empty the trash, reboot and relaunch Pro Tools.

Thanks everyone.

Trashing the DAE Prefs did the trick!
