Venue Profile Fader Motor Stuck - Ideas?
Having an issue with one of the faders on our Profile. It does not move and feels that an internal gear is stuck and preventing the issue. When I switch fader banks it makes a click sound and the rest of the faders move except the one.
Has anyone had this issue before and is there an easy fix? Any help is appreciated! |

I would recommend replacing the fader with a new one.

Give support a call, they can square you away with a new fader.
