Help With Educational Licence
I bought my son a educational PT License around 3 years ago. He registered using his then current Point Park University email address. We need to get this licence updated to his current email and secure anew valid log in. Our goal is to update this licence to PT 12.
Please advise

I have not received anything confirming that a case has been opened
also, could you check my licence UN MitchGlider and tell me if I am eligible for PT 12 upgrade
