Instruments not found

I cannot see the following in the inserts buttons in the mix window (Bundled Content):

Virtual Instruments and Audio Content
Boom drum machine and sequencer
DB-33 tonewheel organ emulator with rotating speaker simulation
Mini Grand acoustic grand piano
Vacuum monophonic vacuum tube synthesizer
Xpand!2 multitimbral synth and sample workstation
FXpansion BFD Lite acoustic drum module

I seem to remember that Pro Tools gave me some message about plug-in instruments wouldn't work until I registered the copy on the internet. I wasn't able to get on the internet at the time of installation.

Pro Tools is working on my MacBook Pro and so is Steven Slate Drums. Why won't these other instruments show up?

So.... Have you registered?

If you are certain that you have registered and it's still not working then maybe uninstall (clean), reinstall and make sure you can enter your code over the internet at the time of installation.

I'm new to using macs, how do I do a clean uninstall?
