Whats the secret to extracting EuControl v18.3.0

I downloaded it but it is not a zip file

Then something went wrong with the download.

It should be a zip or dmg file so maybe try another web browser and save to desktop and extract from there. If tou have any Virus protection and or firewalls then try shut them down while downloading the Eucon installer.

I thought that there might be something wrong with the file.

I tried it from a different computer and it downloaded fine
