I've asked a lot of questions, most of which you have not answered. And I cannot guess what you are doing.

What exactly is listed in the plugin directory? (paste the output of "ls -l /Library/Application\ Support/Avid/Audio/Plug-Ins" here)

Have you trashed prefs? If you don't know what that means start at "Help Us Help You" up the top of every DUC web page.

Have you tried reinstalling the plugins?

What exact NI products and versions are you talking about?

On what OS version?

When you actually take the time to answer those questions you might get more useful help.

If there are Avid plugins only in that plugin directory then you need to install the plugins again.... I'm not sure why that is not obvious. You must have deleted them.

NI stand alone apps will be running off some other plugin version installed elsewhere. That is of no use to Pro Tools. You have to run the installer.

Have I mentioned you need to run the plugin installers?

Don't make me repeat that, oh too late. :-(

I would be contacting NI and ask them for help. All of their stuff is working dandy here with 12.8.2(as well as several previous PT versions)

After trashing prefs (carefully for you right Pro Tools and OS version) and reinstalling the plugins. Right now there are no NI Pro Tools plugins installed so it is not working exactly as expected. No ideas on previous issues except the first thing that should have been tried before would have been to trash prefs and I don't think that was done. Try those and then contact NI if it still does not work.

But I can't find them anywhere. The only thing I can is to open battery, Kontakt etc. as a single program on my laptop. So they working!

But I as a insert they not there, and I have no idea in which folder I can find the NI AAX64 Plugins to put them into the PT Plugin folder.
When you install the NI plugins allow the installer to put them where it wants. It will know where to put the various plugin formats automatically. And make sure you install every plugin format even though you think you may not need them. You're going to have to uninstall the NI stuff and reinstall everything.

Oh yeah - you have two threads asking about uninstall in this forum - multiple threads on the same subject are against the terms of service. You could have asked about the uninstall in this thread.

Also,
Is it common practice to open a new instance of Patchwork for each VI or do you stack 4 VI VSTs on a single instance of Patchwork?

Does this really unload the processor for ProTools?
