Default Minnetonka Dolby E encoding and ITU/SMPTE channel routing

Hello everybody
I have to deliver some Dolby E encoded files in 5.1 ITU/SMPTE channels order : LRCLFELsRs
I am using the Minnetonka Dolby E encoder plugin for this operation.
I import the mono files (L R C Lfe Ls Rs) in my protools 12 session and protools create a 5.1 multitrack.
Then I select the clip and open the plug in, set all the parameters and metadata information.
In the main tab of the plugin I can choose the input routing preset , and I select the SMPTE/ITU preset (LRC etc...).
After I have create the file in that way, I use the Dolby E decoder in protools and everything seems to be ok (Left channel on the left, center in the center etc..) But if use the same Decoder with another software (like Nuendo) the channel configuration seems to be lost (for example Center channel is on the right).
I know that there is some confusion on how protools manage the channel order, even when u start your session with ITU/SMPTE configuration, the software seems to continue to manage the multitrack clips like if they are Film ordered (LCRLsRsLfe). How to be sure that I am delivering the files respecting the right SMPTE channel order? What is the right way to use the Minnetonka plugin to create Dolby E files respecting the 5.1 ITU/SMPTE channel configuration?
Hope somebody can help me!
Thank u!

Default Re: Minnetonka Dolby E encoding and ITU/SMPTE channel routing

I think I have understand where is the problem,
The order of the channel in the Dolby E 5.1 steram is LRCLfeLsRs
Protools manage tracks only in Film order (LCRLsRsLFE), so the solution is to choose the Film routing preset in the plugin encoder main page , not the SMPTE preset , also if the system is configured in SMPTE channel order.
Hope I am right!
