S3 follows Scroll Into View not working

Hey Eddie, That is my ideascale entry. Unfortunately, I don't have an artist mix anymore so I can't troubleshoot this.
If anyone has an artist mix,it would be appreciated if they could chime in. Or, Eddie, can the techs at Avid do this? It may be easiest for them as they would have all the legacy software available to them.

The reason I ask is that we have on multiple occasions tried to see if this is working on Artist Mix but it's not. Are you sure it was working with the Mix and not an earlier product like C24/Command 8 etc. ?

Yes, I can confirm 100%.
I wish that I still had one to help with the troubleshooting.

I sold my artist mix in January of this year and had been using it up until the December 2016. At that time I was up to date with whatever the latest version of PT and Eucon were.
I can confirm that it definitely worked as described.

I bought my S3 back in 2015 and updated PT and Eucon with every new release, hoping "scroll into view" would be fixed. It never was. So, according to Macsearcher, it worked on the Artist mix in december 2016. For sure not on an S3.
How can I help solving this? It's a very simple but VERY efficient feature. Imagine adding tracks in between other tracks an NOT having to rebuild your layers to find the right faders quickly.
Should I start a support case?
Should I try legacy versions on my S3? (and if so, where can I download it?)

We haven't been able to see this working on any previous version of EuControl and without a specific version number hard to quantify....but I made a new feature request and will hopefully get this into a release soon.
If the code is in there somewhere and its just a bug than probably the next release...if it completely new as I suspect then it may take longer.
