As for question number one, first create an auxilary input track. Call it headphones or something. This will be used to set the overall volume level of the headphone send. If you are using a headphone amp, take the appropriate cable and plug one end into an available output on the 002, and the other end into the input of your headphone amp. Let's say you used output 3 on the 002. Now for each track you want to send to the headphones you need to assign an aux send. This is explained somewhere in getting started manual or in another thread, so I won't get into that. For each track you want in the headphones send it to a bus (example: Bus 1). Now go back to that aux input fader you made and assign it's input to that bus (Bus 1) and the output to the physical output on the 002 (output 3). So now you can control the balance of tracks using the aux sends, and the overall volume using the aux fader.

As for #2, just add a reverb plugin to the track. A plugin doesn't get added into the file when recording, so that's fine.

I'm sure this answer was extremely long winded, but I hope I helped.

I recommend the inexpensive Furman Headphone System.

As to adding Reverb, I generally recommend you use a send to an Aux track with the reverb on the Aux Track, 100% wet.

Knowing if you use Low Latency Mode while recording tho' would effect how you set up your reverb.
