need help using a Glyph Trip Rack

Hi -
I have a glyph trip rack that I cannot get the Mac to recognize - any help is great.

Besides using the express Pro tools program included with PT 5.1, do I need additional firmware or updates for ATTO UL3D card install. System profiler recognizes the card, But the glyph hard drives are not.

Are the SCSI cables from PCI card to HD's standard? - or could I have the wrong interface cable?

Im connected from channel A on ATTO card - to top drive in glyph rack, and daisy chained to the others and actively terminated at the end.

G4 / OS 9.1 / PT 5.1.3 / glyph trip - active terminator

Cable can be the culprit, as incorrect configured jumpers on the back of every disk.
