Default Unable to Drag and Drop into PT 8.04

PT 8.04
Win 7 Pro 64bit
..

Ever since I moved from XP to W7, I have not been able to drag / drop files into the time line or the region bin.

Has this been fixed? If so, what do I need to do to get it to work properly on my side.

Thank you!

One of the many reasons I dumped 8.0.3 and went back to 8.0.1. Woulda thought for sure they would have fixed it by now.
