Delay going into record

Hi guys,

just encountered something odd, hasn't happened before;

I opened up an old session to record some new voice takes, and every time I hit record there was a delay of around 5 seconds before the transport started moving.

Both the record and play buttons lit immediately, but flashed until it started recording.

I'm using "normal" record mode, the hardware buffer size is at 128.

Nothing different in this project from all the other stuff I do day-to-day.
Any suggestions?

Nope, just plain old Normal record mode.
