OS not adequate for Pro Tools

Tried installing Pro Tools 2018 and received a message saying "OS not adequate for Pro Tools." I'll repeat the install to see exactly where it occurred. Here's the Sandra report. New to the forum and read the intro to troubleshooting thread.

You might try installing 12.5 or 12.7 and upgrading over the top to 2018.

Update the OS to the latest service pack and you may have luck

Basically this^^^. To install in win7 you have to first install 12.* and then use avid link or app manager to install over it without uninstalling. Its easier just to upgrade to WIn10
