Got free upgrade to PT Academic 12.2 but cannot use

Got free upgrade to PT Academic 12.2 but cannot use because it said I don't have license on my iLok, then when i went check on my ilok my license has been surrender. what should i do?

Click yes and your new license should be there

You have a Pro Tools 12 No Charge UG for Students in your Products Not Yet Downloaded

Click Activate Product and follow the prompts to deposit the updated license in your iLok account. You can then activate that license to your iLok (you'll surrender the old license) to run PT 12.2.
