Ilok trial pro tools 11

Hi

I have pro tools 8 on mac tower using ilok 1

I have brand spanking new mbp to trial Pro tools11 downloaded the software and try to put license on ilok1 and its not showing up as a valid device in list

uh have i got to splash out on ilok 2 for a trial???

Yes you do - it's all over the net you need an iLok2 for PT11 (even the trial). Get the new iLok, download the latest version of the ILM and move your old licenses over to the new iLok2 and you'll be good to go.

Instead of spending $50 for just an iLok v2 you could buy RC-Tube from Slate for $50 and get a free iLok v2 (plus shipping)
