Default Steep breakpoint softening

This new function is good but it doesn't really avoid these short filter-sweeps when you've written hard automation changes on clip-boundaries.

What I'd actually like to see is a shortcut that will add a "handle length" to static automation so it moves the static EQ you wrote to a block of B/Gs half a second or so before the clip start and ends.

Even though AVID claims that automation is close to sample accurate, in the reality of a large session you can still hear short filter swishes when all EQ change their setting on on a clip boundary.

I'd like this to happen BEFORE the clip plays, not in a delayed way after the change which is what the new feature does.

Also just like auto-fade it relies on collaborators using the same settings otherwise your session sounds different on their rig. Which is why I NEVER use auto-fade and rely on that.

One reason I've been using clip EQ for BG's. When I don't need anything fancy.
