Default Full Screen Import Windows

Hey guys,

I don't know if there has been another thread about this (sorry if I'm duplicating), but lately I've been getting these huge windows:

1. Save As
2. Open Session
3. Import Audio / Video
4. Please Choose A Folder (when creating a new session and you are
prompted for a location.

All these full screen windows have resize arrows / tabs that don't seem to work. Is there a way to shrink these windows?
