How do you create a direct output feed via a bus from a track, pre plugins and fader/mute without duplicating the track?

If you just want to send a track straight to an output on your interface then you don't have to use a bus; put a pre-fader send on the track directly to the output. Is this what you mean? It won't be pre-inserts though... If you want a split without any processing then you'll need to bus the track output to an aux track and take the send off the audio track and put the plugins on the aux.

I want to have a monitor side and a mix side to be able to use automation while tracking.
Using the buses to create the mix side, but I don´t want the monitor-eq sent to the mixchannels.
I want to automate eq´s therefor I can´t use the EQ on the monitorchannels.
