Error Message When I Install PT8LE on W7

Hi-I have to reinstall my hard copy of ProTools 8.0.3 on Windows 7. It 'was' previously installed on Windows 7, but, my computer crashed and I had to purchased a brand new hard drive. I get an error message when I try to reinstall my copy (...the application was unable to start correctly 0xc0000006).

I have been reading about the updates needed so that PT8 will run on W7...I have downloaded the updates, but I am unable to install them since PT8 is not installed on my computer to begin with. I don't know what to do now...well, I guess I could purchase a new version...but, my copoy worked fine before my crash.

See my replies to your other thread(you should only post one time). Once you solve the issue, check out Acronis True Image(or similar) as it will save you from all this misery(next time, that is)
