PTHD10 Registration

For some reason, out of nowhere, I keep getting the registration screen popping up. I can't for the life of me figure out what's making it continue to pop up.

I've selected, I'm upgrading the previous ProTools rig, as I've always select before.

I've been on ProTools HD 10, for a couple years now.

Anybody else ever have this issue?

The only thing, that I've done recently, is sign up for slates subscription plan, or at least the free trial of it. I downloaded gobbler, as per slates instructions, could this be the problem?
