Default My solution until 64 bit Windows 7 drivers are released.

Honestly... I only use about 5% of the capabilities of ProTools LE 8.0. My recordings never have more than five tracks and use very few plug ins.

Here's my contingency plan until the Windows 7 64 bit drivers are tested and released.

I'll record my tracks on my Zoom H4N digital recorder.

I'll import the WAV files into Audacity for editing.

Now the question is, will Audacity work on Win 7 64 bit.

Might want to check that first.

Yes. Though, I've found it to be a bit more unstable than expected. In XP Audacity never crashed, but I've had 2 or 3 full crashes already in w7x64.
