Default I play a \"C\"................I hear an \"F#\"

Hey Everyone!

I am using an Oxygen8 with Reason (2.5), rewired into PT (6.4). For some reason when I play a middle C (C1) on the keyboard, I hear an F# (F#1).

But when I trigger a C(C1) using the keyboard map on the left side of the edit window in Reason, it plays the correct note.

It seems like perhaps a midi setting has changed that I am unaware of. I have checked through the midi settings within PT and Reason but I can't seem to find anything thats different. Anyone experienced this or have any troubleshooting ideas?

Greatly appreciated!

Cheers,
blizzard

Most midi keyboards have a transpose feature. Have you checked the keyboard to make sure it is not set to transpose everything up?

I had this issue once before and am not really sure how I fixed although I know what made it happen in the first place.

I had reason 2.5 rewired to PTLE7. The only affected module in reason was the Malstrom. When I had reason rewired to the stereo MIX L, Mix R it worked perfectly but as soon as I rewired the malstrom to its own input i.e. channel 3 on a mono aux track in PTLE I noticed a changed pitch.

Neil.
