PT11 HDX 9-Pin Machine Control - greyed out

We've put PT11HDX in 2 of our suites this week and are putting them through their paces. The trouble is that in Setup > Peripherals > Machine Control the option for 9-Pin Machine Control (Deck Control) is greyed out. It's my understanding that Machine Control is now included with PT11 and is no longer available as an option. Our SYNC HDs are showing up and otherwise functioning normally.

Any thoughts as to where 9-Pin has gone?

Ah ha!
The iLok license has to be there in order for it to work. Turns out, it's not a free option, but my rep can't sell it anymore. Weird.
Had to move our licenses from the iLok 1 to the iLok 2.
