DAE error -199

Hello,
Had pro tools running fine all day yesterday and for the past 5 years...

go to start up a session today and it wont even start up...

DAE Error -199 occurs...

I am running a G4 Quicksilver with OS 9.2.2 and 1.5 gig of ram, PT version 5.1.1

Any idea what happened?

Hi.

This is from the answerbase:

"This error is can be caused by a corrupted DAE. Delete DAE from the System Folder>DAE Folder and replace it with a fresh copy from your Pro Tools CD ROM.

Also, delete preferences by dragging the following 3 items to the trash:
System Folder>Preferences>
DAE Prefs (the whole subfolder inside the Preferences folder)
DigiSetup
Pro Tools Preferences
Empty trash ".

I already fixed the problems thanks to your help...

Sorry if it says it somewhere on the site already...I did a searh of the user forum but I'm should have searched the answerbase which is right in front of me but I was too studpid to realize hahaha....
