You would reload them from a USB drive where they SHOULD have been saved. If you never backed up those show files, they are probably gone(unless you can afford the expense and downtime it would involve for removing the internal drive and sending out to a data recovery service)

Is there nothing in the File History to help you out?

0. Don't do much on the console if you really want to recover your data. Exit to desktop and don't return to VENUE. This will prevent VENUE creating new history files that may overwrite deleted data.
1. Use Explorer to copy history files from D:\D-Show\History to your USB. Use Standalone to check if they contain what you need. Don't use the same console to check!
2. If no luck with History, then you'll need to use file recovery tools (a lot of them on the market). Remove SSD from the console and plug it into some computer where you installed such tool. What you need to find is .dsh file on the D:\ drive (second partition) of the SSD.

Good luck.

P.S. That's all you can do.
