Default Import Session Data Window Too Big

Hello- I'm a new user to Pro Tools. This is my first version that I have had on my PC, normally I just record at studios or my friends house. I have a pretty hi-end gaming rig. ASUS Intel i7, 16 gig RAM, SSD HDD, Nvidia 980 GPU, and Windows 10 Pro. All overclocked.

I am trying to import a session that was recorded at a higher playback rate. I create a new session and then I'm trying to import the previous session.

The import Session Data window pops up, I go to resize the window and it just drops down, disappears, and locks up PT12.

I saw another thread on this in PT11 group, but no answer on how to fix. Please help. I seem to be having a few bugs with my PT12 subscription. I'm sure it's a setup issue but I have no clue what would cause this.
Thanks

Default Re: Import Session Data Window Too Big

Resolved.

The issue was the screen resolution and the text size I was using. It created two issues.

First was with the resolution set to 1920x1080 on my 32' TV, I had to increase the text size to 125-150% to see the text. Increasing the text size caused the menu at the top of PT to not display correctly (cut off the words on the menu bar). So I dropped the resolution to Native, which was very low....1360x768. Then that created the second issue.

The second issue with the low resolution is that when importing a session it would cut off the bottom of the window...so I could hit the complete button and move on. The window would just roll up, disappear, and cause PT to lock up. I had to force quit via Task Manager to get out of PT.

I now have the Resolution set in-between and I can see the menu at the top and the bottom of new windows that are opened, and not PT freezes.
Thanks
