Hi, Im sorry I cannot help you with this problem, but I too face a similar problem it seems then. I was planning on buying a KeyRig 25 and getting protools to work with my fruity loops xxl prod edition. I am running XP, I dont know if Vista is your problem but the only thing I can think of is getting the correct drivers. I believe there are a few you need. You can get them right off of m-powered's site

I'm having a similar problem too

Running Windows 7 64-bit on laptop (and 32-bit on desktop - having exact same problem with both rigs).
Fruity Loops 9 Signature (XXL) not recognising MBox 2 Mini as an ASIO device. I have PT 8.0.4 installed. FL9 installed ASIO4ALL which doesn't recognise it either It simply doesn't appear as an option in FL's Audio setup menu.

FYI, just fixed the problem (on my laptop - will do same on desktop, just as soon as I get my RAM back from the shop...)

Updated PT8.0.1 to 8.0.4 then 8.0.4cs (which includes new audio drivers! - I didn't know this update existed...). MBox 2 appeared in Fruity Loops 9 the next time I loaded it! I reckon this will work in Vista too.

BTW, Fruity Loops do lifetime updates - if you have a license for FL7 you can update to FL9 for free (Avid - pay attention!)

I was under the impression that Avid never released ASIO drivers for Vista If I were running Vista, I would upgrade to Windows 7
