Pro Tools took a month to come into my accounts after purchase, but now I can work with it.

Support Center told me Complete Plugins and Heat are available only for subscribers, not Perpetual like me.

Ok, not so horrible, BUT:

With PT 12.8 I had some “extra” plugins in bundle, like

BBD Delay,
Gray Compressor,
Chorus-Vibrato,

Ecc.

So, as I used them before, so I’d like to use them NOW

Any ideas?
I’ll open another case 😤

not quite true you can buy Heat outright on your perp lic just like me

Mine showed up about 4 days ago, I'd say they're still rolling it out (check your iLok account) but feel free to open a support ticket in the meantime if you are pressed for it.

DO you have a true subscription which will stop working 100% if you stop paying or do you have a license with annual plan which will keep working if you stop paying?
