Alctron MP73EQv2 vs Warm Audio WA73

I really like my Warm Audio WA73 and am thinking about getting another but noticed the Alctron MP73EQv2 is $200 less so my question is what do you guys think of the Alctron MP73EQv2 vs the Warm Audio WA73? Thanks for the input!
