Arrow ilok problems

I recently bought the Protools9 crossgrade from M-powered and have everything installed fine... But when i go online to enter the ilok activation code they gave me, I don't know where to go.

I've downloaded both the Client Installer & Driver Installer.

I'm pretty sure you're able to use the new activation code with the same ilok from m-powered.

Suggestions? Thanks.

Hi,

You enter the code at the Avid site (not ilok) you need to have or register for an Avid account the you do it all from there. you enter the activation code and it will ask for your ilok user name then the ilok auth will be deposited into your ilok account

You might also try the "Activate And Download Your Product" Box thats located in the right hand column of your My Avid account.

Thanks for your help guys, I got it working now except for another problem i have with the actual protools and hardware which i posted here.
