BombFactory Version 3 - iLok Problems with Protools 7.

I just upgraded from Pro Tools 6.9 to 7.3.1 and now my Bombfactory Plug Ins will not launch without iLok errors. I have a Powermac Dual 1.8GHZ G5 running Mac OS 10.4.1.

I purchased the BombFactory version 3 plug-ins from Bomb Factory one month before Digidesign acquired them. They have always worked with ProTools 6.9 up until the move to 7.3.

Now they won't launch without authorization and when I try to authorize them using my iLok I get the following:

Your iLok serial number ********** has a pending authoroization for this software. Most likely this means that there is an outstanding challenge in the device for which a response has not been entered.

While the pending authorization exists, you may not transfer authorization from the license card to your iLok.

Does this mean the plugins I paid $1000 for for won't work anymore?
I suyre hope that isn't the case.

Yep, had this same problem. Gave tech support a call; they were more than happy to help.
