New Avid Store Purchase - Activation code saying it is invalid

Hi there Avid,

I have just made a plugin purchase in the Avid Store - the activation code I have been emailed states that it is invalid. The iLok license has arrived in my iLok account... but it appears different from what is advertised (only one available license, while it is advertised as including two available licenses).

The email also states that the product should appear under 'my products' in my avid account - but it doesn't?

Any chance someone can get in touch with me about this?

Plug-in products from our webstore get activated as part of the purchase, but IIRC the redemption code is also provided on the invoice. Since the code is already used it will throw an error if tried again. Will start a support case to get the code and your account info and get this fixed.
