Default Stop Play Error

I had a crash on a win 7 64 bit system with Mbox 3 Pro that required a reinstall of all software. I decided to use the opportunity to use my upgrade to 10 from 9. I installed PT 10 successfully and performed the Win 7 Optimizations as outlined in the AVID KB. Opened session and ran it. All Good.

I then wanted to install the PTIEP. Per another KB article, I decided to install my PTIEP and then update via the provided links. I elected to only install Velvet and then Velvet patch as a test. I opened a sesh with the velevet plug, it was present but I could no longer play the session and got the "play stop" bug. I also got an error message saying Hardware was in use by something else. I quit, restarted, tried different sessions without any Velvet instances and still got the "Play Stop" but not longer got the in use message.

Any help would be appreciated
