Default Where is my PT 12 license
Hello,
I just bought (1 day ago, 24h) an upgrade to Pro Tools 12 - annual upgrade plan and support - and haven't received the activation codes. Plus the application manager continues empty...
My bank account has already been charged and the invoice and order confirmation have been received.

Same thing has happened to me. I'm still waiting. I have been charged but not given my licenses. In my case a Pro Tools Hd 11 to Hd 12. Not activation codes given.
