Default Accessing old Pro Tools sessions in Logic

Hello... I have many old Pro Tools sessions that were recorded starting with version 7 ("LE" back then) up to maybe version 11 or possibly 12. I let my Pro Tools subscription expire a couple of years ago because of compatibility issues between my computer, my interface (Digi 003 rack), and newer MacOS versions. Suffice it to say that sticking with Pro Tools would've required a substantial financial investment that I wasn't able to make, so I switched to Logic. Does anyone have suggestions on how I can access my old Pro Tools sessions in Logic? If I download and install the free Pro Tools first, would I be able to open my old sessions and then save them in some generic format that other DAWs like Logic would recognize? Thanks much!
