Gain reduction meter in vanilla PT 11.3.1!!

I've mentioned this before, as I've experienced this in the past. If you look at the picture I've posted you can see the gain reduction meter on my 'mix' buss!

I don't have HD, so I shouldn't have this feature! I've been able to recreate this multiple times during test installs of PT 11.3.1 on Yosemite. This is the first time that I've had it happen when Pro Tools was busy killing my creativity by being temperamental. I was getting 'beachball' of death and having to force quit PT; so I used PT trasher app, emptied my bin, did a disk repair and did a FULL reboot...and bam GR meters.

Once I restart other sessions, or this session they're gone!

Has anyone else seen this behaviour?

Jeffro, Avid, is this something that maybe you should be looking into?
