Pt 12.5 cloud collab says my projects are used up but i havent used any yet

my cloud collaboration in pt 12.5 says that i have used up all my available projects even though i havent used any yet. tech support says its a known problem but they somehow think im going to pay for a tech support plan just so they can fix a known problem on their end. anyone else have this problem and know of a fix? thanks for the help.

So now they're brow-beating users to upgrade to their support plan? Nice.

I had this problem. Support helped me right away. The3 reason was because when PT first came out i tried it and did not delete the test sessions I was messing with, and there they were when trying to use PT 12. They cleared them out for me and got everything working. Now the problem we are having is my partner will add new tracks and share them, but I am not getting mist of them.
