Masters Waves Freeze MP8

Hi
every time i put any off the masters plugins from Waves on a track the pro tools freezes up and i have to close it by using the task manager

anyone have a fix for this?

Which version of Waves plugins? Maybe you need to download an older version to be compatible with MP8 The best way to get real help here, is to post a Sandra report as described here: Help us Help You - READ THIS Before Posting!

i'm running Pro Tools M-Powered 8.0.5

Hi!
Waves plugins won't run on MP 9 software...All they have problems...Waves are only supported by PT's TDM e
and HD.
The Waves support page...even the last version of the Waves bundle is supported!

The V9 does not even show anything about the PT MP version:

So, it is simple: They don't care about PT MP version!!!!

Waves plug-ins work fine with PTMP
One of my collaborators uses PTMP 9 and Waves Mercury.
The Waves compatibility chart says PTHD/Native.
PTMP is under the "PT Native" umbrella.
