Sounds like Izotope Neutron comes close to that

You're right - the MDW EQ5 (Product page) links were down - now back up (just tested by downloading both the Mac and the Windows versions).

Anyhow - throughout the "down-time" - the Installers were always (and still are) available via my Avid Account.
