file date/time problem with CC?

I have constantly conflicts notifications that tracks are newer in the cloud than local even when nobody changes anything.
Then i download the "changes" (nothing changes then) and after doing something i upload changes and save the project. Next day or so i get the message that there are conflicts...
...it´s really annoying and it makes me feel uncomfortable using CC...

when it works i love it but this and all other errors make me crazy...
