Just select the track or region, go to the audiosuite menu and select normalize. If you have never used audiosuite plug-ins before, you will want to take a quick look at the manual because there are a few settings that you will need to adjust.

Hi,

Are you sure you want to normalize your track?? this isn't the best thing to do before mixing/bouncing/mastering etc, it is a destructive process and can effect the sound quality, plus it doesn't really help make the track ready for burning.

You would be better to use a limiter to help get the maximum level for your mix? if you're not experienced with using limiters then take it easy and just don't push it too hard, just give it a small amount of limiting to enable a good headroom for the mix to sound louder.

This is not a subtitute for good mastering!! just to help your own bounces and mixes sound louder and more equal to a finished product.
