Support should be able to fix it if it doesn't fix itself...I had a similar thing happen to my HEAT license while on subscription (refresh failed...ended up buying it outright and haven't had a problem since.)

Another reason to shun subscription...more cogs in the machine to get jammed up.

On my iLok all I see is Pro Tools Ultimate Perpetual Bundle (with 10/11/12 + I/O).

So looks like the Heat license needs to be transferred to my iLok, but I can't find instructions on this anywhere.

HEAT is only available if you are on a Active Suport Plan for HD or a plan for Vanilla PT. Not an expired license.

I do not think this is correct...I think HEAT is only included with an active subscription. If you have a perpetual + support you have to buy HEAT seperately. It's an incentive AVID used to try to get people on subs instead of perpetual.
