Should I install OS Sierra with v. 12.5.2?

Just curious if I should install OS Sierra on my Macbook Pro. I am currently running version 12.5.2 and would like to upgrade to Sierra, but don't want to run into any issues. Thoughts?

Do you have any NEED to upgrade to an OS that hasn't been vetted and is not supported?

If you're in EC and it's killing you then I can understand why you'd want to risk it. I'd certainly recommend waiting until the 2nd "dot" update when the kinks have all been worked out.
