ReWire Support Petition!

I am posting this here since most of the Reason questions show up in the 001 / LE forum.

This is a simple, friendly petition to show digidesign how many of us PT'ers are also Reason users. It's high time for the world's best digital recording system and the world's best software synth thingy to work together!

So here it is: Digidesign, we respectfully request Pro Tools to support ReWire.

There. That was easy.

Also - please state if you would be willing to pay for a "ReWire option," and if so, what's it worth to you.

I'd pay $1,000. Realistically, $200 sounds about right.

You should not have to pay for a feature that's on every other similar app. Rewire would help my decision making process for a portable Mbox or the MOTU 828 for my laptop setup...So I vote yes.

I am game. Rewire sounds awesome although i have only played a little in performer and couldnt get it working with the Reason demo I have.

also throw into our Pro Tools PRO E version smpte time code, voices, and midi notation. This I would pay 750 for. realistically 500. throw in asio support for MOTU interfaces, and VST plug ins (hahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha, still laughing at me request, hahahahahahahahahaha) and i would pay 1000, realistically 1000.

Even though I dont own Reason, Digidesign should support it . I would consider buying it if the integration was there.

or/ In keeping with their business stategy of keeping control over products, make their own equivalent software. If they dont support software like reason maybe they could/should provide their own versions.

And I also would like 25 tracks in LE [img]images/icons/smile.gif[/img]
