Default Cancelling Subscriptions

Hi There,

I requested that I no longer wanted the annual subscription to Sibelius and submitted a cancellation request on the 6th October but I haven't received any confirmation and refund. I was told that it would be actioned within 5 days and it hasn't.

Can someone from AVID Support please look into this by any chance?

Hey

I will escalate this to Avid and see what can be done. Do you have a case number as you already requested the cancellation?measier for Avid to find the case if you have the number.

The case number I have for this cancellation issue is case number: 02808379

This case number may have been closed as I don't know for sure, but I would like it sorted sooner rather than later.

I've contacted AVID here in the U.K on 4 separate occasions and left messages but the they haven't even bothered to pick the phone up and return my calls
