ELXP doesn't install

Although I've tried hundreds of times ,expancion pack doesn't install.First I've registered my eleven rack and then having a master account I went to store and click the download link and pay the price with card it still says;installation
failed ....Then I called my bank but says me 'no problem with bank'....What else do I have to do?...I had pod farm and pod X3 pro before but haven't got any problem that kind of thing before...

What version of Pro Tools do you have installed?

What Operating system are you using?

I'm assuming that you were able to download the ERXP ok, but you are not able to install it. Is this correct?

Your bank is saying that it's not their problem (I get that).

Can you provide any more information?

Thx to your support,I use protools LE 8 ,windows XP...and you're right I pay it with credit card...My bank says:there's no problem with them and they say problem could be from downloading browser or fromthe site where to buy from...I still can't understand where the problem is....

So you are talking about "downloading" or "installing" the ERXP?

If downloading, then try a different browser, Google Chrome or Firefox should work.

If Installing, then make sure you have updated to PT LE 8.0.5 and have the latest drivers for your Eleven Rack.

IE9 has problems when INSTALLING the ERXP, so make sure if you have IE9 to uninstall it before running the ERXP. You can re-install IE9 after the ERXP is installed.

yes I've already installed pro tools LE 8.0.3 and eleven rack drivers 8.0.3 and my ER is open but still says :installation canceled

İ got a MasterCard account installed eleven rack drivers and Pro tools LE 8.0.3 but could not be able to gettheERXP ....İhave tried to get it from avid store by credit card lots of times but still saysayment failed .Bank says 'there is No problem with the card and problem may from avid store',so İ could not be able to get the expancion pack and İ guess if there's a problem from the store

I think you'll need to contact Avid directly to sort this problem out.
