Default Pro Tools 9 Cannot Import Audio or Video

I recently developed a problem importing audio and video into pro tools 9. It is giving me an error message that Quicktime is not installed. I have installed, un installed and installed again all of my programs. I believe it to be a registry issue. Does anyone have a fix?

Running Windows 7 64bit
Pro Tools 9.03
