Import Video - Audio Import Option Disabled
I'm trying to import a video into a new session. In the Video Import Options dialog, the "Import Audio From File" checkbox is disabled.
The video file I am attempting to use as my source is an MXF file exported from Premiere Pro. The audio is correctly embedded in this file, a fact I confirm by playing back the MXF file in VLC Player. Any ideas why can't I get the audio to import along with the video? Many thanks in advance. Pro Tools 12.4.0 Windows 7 (x64)
