if the api bundle is anything like the ssl bundle i would go for that- although i've never heard rnd so take it for what it's worth...

Have you fully checked out the URS and McDSP Native Bundles? Better values and more widely used plugs, IMO.

Very good stuff, all-around. Get what you need most (and/or more often). Besides, budgets have a way of growing back.

The Waves API EQs are my favorite sounding EQ for ProTools, really great. They work just like the hardware (+2db increments) so they compliment a nice parametric EQ like the McDSP, MDW, or Sony Oxford. The URS Channel Strip Pro would a good choice, but I definitely prefer the Waves API over the URS API (I have both).
